Our office is partnered with a third-party company called OrthoFi. OrthoFi is an extension of our practice who helps us securely collect patient information and manage patient accounts along with submitting and following up on insurance claims. You will receive emails and other communications from OrthoFi on behalf of our practice throughout your treatment. OrthoFi will be listed as the merchant on your credit card statements for the Down Payment and Monthly Payments.

You can access your payment plan by logging onto OrthoFi's, self-service online Patient Portal at https://login.orthofi.com/sign-in. The Patient Portal gives you 24-hour access to make a payment, review your contract, payment plan and treatment summary on your time.
